Meet The Team

Veronica Ross
Registered Massage Therapist
Hi, I’m Veronica! Some people discover their career; mine found me when I was just a kid with curious hands and a big heart. Growing up in a small town in Saskatchewan, I spent countless evenings happily massaging my family —half for the joy of helping them feel better, half in hopes of earning a shoulder rub in return. At a wedding when I was just 10 years old, I set up my “shoulder massage station” and made a whopping $40. That was the moment I realized: my hands could do more than offer comfort—they could truly make a difference. Years later, I followed that passion to The Professional Institute of Massage Therapy, where I earned my 2200-hour diploma. I’ve also completed additional certifications in Dynamic TMJ Dysfunction, Myosculpt Facial Massage, and Myofascial Release—specialties that allow me to address everything from stubborn jaw tension to deep, chronic pain patterns. When you’re on my table, I’m fully present with you. I take time to listen, to understand your needs, and to create a treatment that meets you where you’re at—whether that’s easing chronic pain, improving mobility, calming an overactive nervous system, or simply helping you unwind and breathe a little deeper. My approach blends professional skill with a personable touch, because I believe healing happens best when you feel both cared for and comfortable. Outside of the clinic, life is full of adventure. I live here in Cochrane with my boyfriend and our dachshund, Lyla, and we’re often out exploring—camping, hiking, snowboarding, biking, or soaking up the mountain air. You might spot me on the trails, at a fitness class, or treating myself to a scoop (or two!) at MacKay’s Ice Cream. I’m so excited to connect with this community and help you feel your very best—mind and body.

Dr. Cejaye
Dr. Ac, RMT
Hi! I’m Dr. Cejaye, and my work is rooted in a lifelong love of the body; how it moves, adapts, heals, and tells its story. Living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) has been one of my greatest teachers, and has shaped the way I practice in a deeply personal way. I specialize in working with Ehlers-Danlos and other chronic conditions, bringing both clinical expertise and lived understanding to the table. I know firsthand the nuances of pain, instability, and nervous system sensitivity, and I approach this work with a level of care, precision, and respect that honours each person’s unique experience. I graduated from the Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture with my Doctor of Acupuncture designation, alongside completing my 2200-hour Registered Massage Therapy certification. My path into this medicine evolved naturally from over two decades of yoga practice and more than 1000 hours of training in yoga, anatomy, and Eastern philosophy. Along the way, I’ve also studied Sport Fitness Nutrition, Western Herbology, Iridology, Reflexology, Reiki, and Acusculpting. I’m the creator of Fascial Release Technique (FRT), a gentle yet deeply effective approach to relieving pain, supporting injury recovery, and restoring balance within the connective tissue system. I see fascia as a living, intelligent network; one that holds both structure and the stories we carry. My work is also guided by my spiritual path and teachings from Cree Elders, woven together with Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Eight Extraordinary Vessels, and Esoteric/Shamanic acupuncture. This allows treatments to move beyond symptom relief and into deeper physical, emotional, and energetic alignment. When you step into my space, you’re met with warmth, openness, and genuine care. I take time to deeply listen to what your body is communicating, and each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to meet you where you are. Sessions may include acupuncture, cupping, tuina massage, fascial release, Reiki, chakra balancing, and sound therapy, all guided by what you need in that moment. I support a wide range of concerns, including pain and injury recovery, scar tissue regeneration, trauma and emotional health, nervous system regulation, and chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, TMJ, and Ehlers-Danlos. At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported; so your body can soften, recalibrate, and remember its natural capacity to heal.

Jess Brochu
Registered Massage Therapist
My journey to massage therapy began long before I stepped into a classroom. For over 25 years, I worked in the hospitality industry—everywhere from small, family-run cafés to award-winning restaurants—perfecting the art of service. I learned how to anticipate needs before they were spoken, create an atmosphere of comfort and care, and make people feel truly seen and valued. But behind the scenes, the demanding pace took its toll. Long hours, heavy lifting, and endless time on my feet left me with aches and injuries I couldn’t ignore. During those years, I found myself on the massage table, relying on skilled manual therapy practitioners to help me heal, restore my mobility, and reclaim my well-being. Those moments of care changed everything. They taught me that true service isn’t just about what’s on the table in front of you—it’s about what you carry in your body and how it shapes your life. I realized the greatest gift I could offer wasn’t in a plate of food, but in helping someone feel at home in their own body. Now, as a graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy and a proud RMT serving the Cochrane community, I blend my two worlds: •The detail-oriented service of fine dining—every element of the room, from lighting to temperature, is adjusted so you feel safe and at ease. •The intuitive presence of a seasoned professional—I can often sense what your body needs before you say a word. •A holistic lens—I look beyond a single sore muscle to uncover the deeper patterns affecting your comfort, movement, and stress levels. •Empowerment through education—I give you simple, effective tools to keep your body feeling its best between visits. I believe healing is a partnership. I invite you to come as you are, with openness and curiosity. Together, we’ll explore ways to release tension, restore balance, and rediscover what it feels like to move and live without pain holding you back. Whether you’re recovering from a demanding workweek, managing chronic discomfort, or simply craving a moment of deep rest, I’m here to welcome you into a space that nourishes both body and soul. For me, this work isn’t just a profession—it’s the continuation of a lifetime spent caring for people, only now, the focus is entirely on you.

Hi, I’m Andrea! Over the past 15 years, I’ve built a diverse career as a personal trainer, sports team trainer, kinesiologist, and fascial stretch therapist. My goal is to help you move better, reduce pain, and build a body that feels strong, capable, and built for longevity, not just appearance.

Rylee Montgomery
RMT, Student of acupuncture
Hi, I’m Rylee! I specialize in helping my patients heal from pain and postural imbalances through massage therapy. My greatest joy comes from the progress when helping patients heal and begin to feel like themselves again, and I am honoured for the opportunity to help you feel better. 5 fun facts about me: I love anything to do with wellness as it has become my passion while studying for the past three years. My true love is the piano, my favourite songs to play being classical and film soundtrack pieces. I am fascinated with the root cause of imbalances in the body and love studying massage therapy and traditional Chinese medicine to better understand where symptoms and pain come from. I love spending time outdoors in the mountains and with my family. I love animals, especially my snuggly yellow lab. I love what I do because as someone who has suffered with an injury and chronic pain, I feel truly grateful to alternative medicine and know first hand how it can impact quality of life. My favourite part about my work is the progress of my patients.
